Finance & Accounting Executive

Key Responsibilities: 1. Corporate Finance & Banking Coordinate corporate drawdowns, bank reviews, and financing documentation. Monitor compliance with financial covenants and banking requirements. Manage group cash flow, including Money Market Placements and Revolving Credit (RC) rollovers. Set up corporate bank accounts and online banking facilities. Coordinate the discharge of land titles with legal firms and financial institutions. 2. Financial Reporting & Portfolio Management Maintain accurate full-set accounts for a portfolio of companies in accordance with accounting standards. Manage monthly and year-end closing and prepare management accounts within stipulated timelines. Liaise with external auditors and review statutory financial statements and audit reports. 3. Statutory & Tax Compliance Prepare tax estimations (CP204/CP204A), annual tax filings (Form C), and tax computations. Ensure timely completion of property development-related statutory submissions. Monitor the e-Invoice portal and ensure compliance with LHDN requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; At least 2 years of experience in finance and accounting. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in property development or construction will be an added advantage.
