Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Finance (Fullset)

Job Responsibilities:- Lead and manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) with strong ownership and accountability Oversee month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting Assist Manager in analytical review of APNL and financial performance, including variance analysis Analyze accounts and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Manage high-volume, routine transactions while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentation slides for senior stakeholders Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices in accounting operations Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders on financial matters Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (*) At any time, Sunsuria can review, at its own discretion, the job roles and responsibilities according to its strategy. Requirements: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience (retail industry preferred) Proven experience in handling full set accounts independently Strong exposure to retail operations, preferably leasing, malls, or shoplots Solid experience in financial analysis and reporting (not purely transactional) Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Experience handling routine, high-volume transactions with efficiency Proficient in Microsoft Excel and preparing presentation slides Good understanding of accounting standards and compliance requirements Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle pressure
