Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities To lead the Group's accounts, treasury and corporate finance functions. Drive financial strategy to support the Group's next phase of growth. Lead the successful transition and ongoing compliance associated with the Group's Main Market aspirations. Oversee statutory reporting, financial planning, budgeting and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, MFRS, Income Tax Act, Companies Act and all regulatory obligations. Assists on the investor relations briefing eg. financial institutional roadshow and financial briefing, Lead the Board reporting and Audit & Risk Committee matters. Lead/Assists on the mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, banking relationships and strategic investments. Strengthen enterprise risk management, internal controls and governance frameworks. Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW will be added Must be a MIA member. At least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director or equivalent executive leadership role. Demonstrated experience in a Bursa Malaysia listed company environment. Strong knowledge of Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, MFRS, Companies Act 2016 and Malaysian taxation. Experience in corporate finance, investor relations, treasury and strategic business planning. Strong commercial acumen with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience in the construction, property development, infrastructure or engineering sectors will be an added advantage.
