About the Role We're looking for someone who is highly organised, commercially minded and detail-focused, with the ability to work across multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Experience in administration, project support, contracts or a similar role Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems Strong problem-solving and numerical skills The ability to work both independently and as part of a team About You Highly organised and detail focused Experienced in contract, commercial or project administration From a construction, engineering, infrastructure, utilities, electricity or resources background Strong with Microsoft Office and project systems Confident managing competing priorities and deadlines A strong communicator who works well independently and as part of a team Why Join Genus?
