Role Description The E-commerce & Sales Coordinator reports to the Sales Director and is responsible for coordinating the company's e-commerce operations and supporting sales administration activities. The role focuses on maintaining online sales platforms, coordinating digital marketing activities, preparing quotations, handling customer enquiries and supporting B2B sales coordination. Working closely with customers and internal departments, the position ensures smooth order fulfilment, timely customer support and efficient sales operations. Through structured on-the-job training, the employee will progressively develop competencies in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, B2B sales coordination, customer relationship management and office furniture product knowledge Specific Responsibilities Maintain product listings, pricing, promotional campaigns and product information on Shopee, Lazada, Shopify and the company website to ensure accurate and up-to-date online content. Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media content, email marketing, website updates and online promotional campaigns to support brand awareness and customer engagement. Monitor online customer enquiries, orders and feedback, ensuring timely responses and quality customer service across all e-commerce platforms. Prepare quotations, proposals and other sales-related documents accurately and promptly according to customer requirements. Coordinate B2B customer enquiries, quotation follow-up, order processing and customer communications. Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment, delivery arrangements and project scheduling. Maintain customer records, sales documentation and prepare routine e-commerce and sales reports. Competencies Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and Shopify. Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, website content management and online promotional activities. Customer service and relationship management skills. Sales administration, quotation preparation and document management. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and customer database management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint). Good communication, organisational and coordination skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments. Willingness to learn office furniture products and continuously enhance product knowledge. Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Duration of Attachment Offered - 6 months
