Finance Manager 財務部經理

We are looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to lead the finance function, provide strategic financial insights, and oversee reporting, budgeting, compliance, cash flow, and a five-member team. Key Responsibilities: Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decisions. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and business performance review. Prepare timely monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Review financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards. Manage corporate tax matters and ensure compliance with statutory, financial reporting, and tax requirements. Oversee AP, AR, cash flow planning, and working capital management. Maintain and improve accounting systems and finance processes to support business growth. Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, insurance providers, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies. Lead, coach, and develop a finance team of five staff members. Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a professional accounting qualification required; Master’s degree is preferred. Minimum 5–10 years of finance and accounting experience, including managerial or supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of corporate taxation and financial reporting. Experience with SQL Accounting software is an added advantage. Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of finance deliverables. Strong leadership, integrity, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to liaise effectively with bankers, auditors, tax agents, legal advisors, and other external parties. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with Mandarin proficiency preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. · Willing and able to travel outstation when business needs arise.
