About the role We are seeking a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Supervisor to join our Human Resources team at our head office in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in managing and optimising our human resources information systems. As HRIS Supervisor, you will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our HR technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless data management and supporting the broader HR function. This role is essential to ensuring accurate employee records, streamlined HR processes, and data-driven decision-making across the organisation. What you'll be doing Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the HRIS platform, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and optimal performance. Manage user access controls, user administration, and security protocols to protect sensitive employee information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Develop and implement HRIS policies, procedures, and best practices to standardise HR processes and improve operational efficiency. Provide comprehensive technical support and training to HR staff, managers, and end-users on HRIS functionality and system updates. Conduct regular system audits and data quality reviews to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring accurate and reliable HR information. Collaborate with the HR team to gather requirements and implement system enhancements and new features that align with business objectives. Generate and analyse HRIS reports and metrics to support HR decision-making and provide insights into workforce trends and analytics. Liaise with IT department and HRIS vendors to troubleshoot issues, apply system updates, and ensure compliance with security standards. Monitor system performance and capacity planning to support organisational growth and changing HR needs. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, user procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in HRIS administration, HR systems management, or related HR technology role. Proven expertise in HRIS platforms and HR software applications, with hands-on experience in system configuration and user administration. Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and employee records management. Proficiency in data management, database fundamentals, and experience with HR analytics and reporting tools. Excellent knowledge of data security, privacy regulations, and best practices in protecting sensitive employee information. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with system implementation projects and change management is highly advantageous. Familiarity with local Philippine HR compliance and labour regulations is preferred.
