Treasury Assistant

The Treasury Assistant will be responsible for providing assistance in the administrative processes and initiatives of the Treasury. Manages bank accounts for all 1AP business units, including but not limited to account opening, maintenance, updates, and closure in line with operational and regulatory requirements Assists in preparing the documentation for bank account onboarding and maintenance, signatory updating,online banking, regulatory compliance, corporate cards and related matters Prepares bank certificate requests for various purposes, including but not limited to audit requirements, visa applications, BOC renewals, and other official requirements Assists with Statements of Account (SOAs) and connect the Business Units (BUs) to the Cash Management team and/or requestors for existing bank and passbook accounts. Assists in the coordination and execution of ad-hoc projects that contribute to treasury process improvements and other initiatives Power your future with AboitizPower.
