Position Title : Finance Executive (Senior & Junior Levels) Department : Accounting & Finance Location: Phileo Damansara, Petaling Jaya (near KL/Damansara area) Hybrid Work Arrangement The Finance Executive is responsible for managing Gogoprint’s financial transactions, including income and expenses, and ensuring effective oversight of cash flow and working capital. This role is critical in maintaining accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS standards, performs daily and monthly accounting tasks and ensures that all financial statements and related work are presented fairly, accurately, and in all material respects. This position also contributes to internal control improvements to support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the processing and verification of payments, invoices, and receipts. Monitor and reconcile bank transactions to ensure timely processing of customer payments and corresponding order fulfillment for production. Handle and process e-invoices, e-credit notes, and e-debit notes between the company’s billing system and the Inland Revenue Malaysia e-Invoice Portal, ensuring accurate data transmission, daily reconciliation, and compliance with relevant financial and e-Invoice regulations. Maintaining a full set of accounts, including but not limited to managing the monthly closing of accounts, ensuring the preparation and accuracy of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports. Prepare journal entries and post transactions across AR, AP, Assets, Bank, and Cash accounts, ensuring proper reconciliation and compliance with financial policies. Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and other financial statements. Ensure that all balances are accurate and that collections from customers and payments to suppliers are made on time. Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government bodies. Assist in the preparation and submission of required financial documents for audits, GST filings, corporate tax, and other statutory reports. Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing support and guidance in daily operations and professional development. Manage the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements. Assist in the development of improvements to Gogoprint’s accounting systems and processes. E.g. automated reconciliation, e-Invoice system, etc. Perform any other ad-hoc financial or accounting tasks and projects as required by management. Flexibility to handle unexpected tasks and contribute to other business needs as they arise. Job requirements Bachelor’s degree. Accounting certificate preferred but not required At least 5 years of experience in Financial and Accounting area with minimum 1 year of handling full-set of accounting. Has experience working with start-up and multi entities would be advantage. Independent, learning-oriented, detail-oriented, team player, integrity and ethics, collaborative spirit.
