Finance / Accounts Executive / Finance Supervisor

We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates to join our Finance & Accounts team. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Job Responsibilities Finance / Accounts Executive Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and related reporting. Assist in invoicing, payment processing and preparation of accounting documents. Assist in bank reconciliation and month-end closing. Assist in the timely preparation and submission of monthly reports and supporting documents. Assist in preparing documents required by external auditors. Maintain proper accounting records and filing. Perform ad-hoc assignments or duties when required. Finance Supervisor Independently handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and month-end closing. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Monitor company expenses, cash flow and financial performance. Monitor construction project costs, revenue and profitability. Handle project billing, progress claims, retention sums and Variation Orders (VO). Review subcontractor claims, supplier payments and project-related expenses. Prepare project cost reports and cash flow forecasts. Monitor client billing and follow up on outstanding collections. Handle statutory matters including LHDN, SST, e-Invoice and other related requirements. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, Project Managers, QS and site teams. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent . Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Finance / Accounts Executive. Candidates with accounting or finance working experience are also welcome to apply. For Finance Supervisor , minimum 3 years of relevant accounting / finance experience is required. Finance Supervisor candidates must be able to handle full set accounts independently . Experience in the construction, engineering or property development industry is highly preferred for the Finance Supervisor position. Knowledge of construction project accounting, project costing, progress claims, retention sums and VO will be an added advantage. Familiar with accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL Accounting, UBS, SAP or other ERP systems. Good Microsoft Excel skills. Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure, multitask effectively and meet deadlines. Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently when required. Fresh graduates will be considered for Finance / Accounts Executive, while experienced candidates with the relevant competency may be considered for Finance Supervisor.
