Job Description Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets. Record and reconcile financial transactions. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making. Conduct budgeting by gathering data, preparing budgets, and monitoring actual performance against budgeted figures. Forecast future financial performance based on historical data and market trends. Monitor cash flow to ensure the organization has sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Liaise with bankers, auditors, and tax consultants for all work-related matters. Job Requirement Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or MIA) is highly desirable. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and financial modeling. Familiarity with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and other relevant regulations. Registered member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
