Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager

Responsibility Responsible for the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions of the Company. Manage & lead the finance team to ensure the day-to-day operation of overall accounting & financial activities. Prepare and manage budget & cash flow forecasts including financial analysis to control cost and improve overall financial performance. Perform financial analysis and review annual budgets and perform analysis in the budgeting and forecasting processes. Liaise with the relevant government authorities for approval and compliance, external auditors / tax agents / banker / analysts. Involve in directing and implementing financial and accounting systems, policies and procedures that contribute to good commercial management of the Company’s business and ensure good internal controls are in place. Overseeing tax and other regulatory compliance records. Preparation of specific analysis according to management requests and needs. Support the Management in the areas of cash management, banking relationships and systems, funding, foreign exchange and working capital management. Providing coaching and mentoring for subordinates. Requirement Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Detail-oriented and analytical. SAP knowledge will be advantage. Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Preference will be given to candidates with manufacturing background and costing experience. The work location is in Chemor, Perak (near Klebang, approximately 30 minutes drive from Ipoh).
