Job Description: Assist to oversee all accounting, finance and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with appropriate accounting standard and regulatory requirements. To prepare monthly financial statement accurately and on timely basis. To prepare all reconciliation and schedules for AR, AP and GL on monthly-basis. To prepare monthly departmental income statement on timely basis. Manage accounts payable, including processing payments, performing monthly vendor reconciliations, and reviewing accounts payable ageing to ensure timely settlement. Manage accounts receivable, including monitoring outstanding balances, preparing monthly reconciliations, and following up on overdue collections. Assist in maintaining Fixed Asset listing, tagging, monitoring and capital expenditure budget utilization update. To liaise with all stakeholders such as internal departments, related companies, bankers, auditors, tax agents, relevant authorities etc on all accounting matters. Job Requirements: At least Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. At least 4 years of working experience in the related field or audit firm. To have strong theoretical and financial reporting standards. Experience in Healthcare industry would be an added advantage. Meticulous and adaptive to changes. IT literacy is required for this position.
