Are you a customer-focused parts specialist looking for your next move? Or maybe you’re currently on the tools and ready to bring your hands-on technical knowledge into a supportive, dynamic environment? Due to growth, we are expanding our Auckland team and we’re looking for an energetic Parts Interpreter or Sales Advisor to join us. You’ll be the go-to expert helping our customers find exactly what they need - over the counter, on the phone, and via email. Responsibilities include: Deliver top-tier service by answering enquiries via phone, email and counter sales. Accurately interpret customer requests to provide the right parts, pricing, product advice and delivery ETAs. Process sales orders efficiently through our internal systems. Work closely with our external sales and warehouse teams to keep operations moving smoothly. About you – Skills, experience and qualifications: Background as a Parts Interpreter / Manager, or practical experience working with mechanical, agricultural, industrial, construction, or automotive parts. (Great role for tradies looking to step off the tools!) Previous retail or customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid computer skills and the confidence to learn our in-house ERP system. High attention to detail, a proactive ‘can do’ approach, and a passion for problem-solving.
