Job Description: As an Accounting Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting, and supporting the broader finance team. You will work closely with management to help drive the company’s financial strategy and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets. Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance are preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
