Position : Manager, Finance Type of Employment : Permanent Location : USJ, Subang Jaya Reporting to : Group Chief Financial Officer About Us: MMAG Holdings Berhad is a Malaysian public-listed company with diversified interests in logistics, aviation, and technology-driven solutions. Job Responsibilities: 1) Financial Strategy & Planning o Develop and implement robust financial strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency; o Lead the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial models to support strategic planning; 2) Financial Reporting & Analysis o Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and internal standards; o Perform detailed financial analysis to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for management; 3) Compliance & Risk Management o Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal control procedures; o Conduct financial risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks related to cash flow, investments, and financial operations; 4) Cash Flow & Investment Management o Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow position and capital requirements; o Evaluate investment opportunities and manage relationships with financial institutions; 5) Cross-functional Collaboration o Partner with various departments to support financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation decisions; o Provide financial guidance and support to operational and strategic initiatives; 6) Team Leadership o Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team; o Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and process improvement; 7) Stakeholder Engagement o Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies; o Respond to financial queries and provide insights to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and investors; and 8) Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required. Job Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent; Candidates with ACCA, CIMA, CFA or CPA will have an added advantage; Have at least 6 years of working experience in financial management with exposure to public-listed companies; Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP & IFRS), taxation and other regulatory financial reporting requirements; Analytical-minded, detail-oriented, strategic-thinker and highly organized; Have a high level of integrity and result-oriented, flexible, and able to meet deadlines; Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team; and Excellent communication skills, have a positive work attitude and able to work independently and as a team.
