Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound hotline inquiries and manage consumer requests received from third-party advertising channels. Evaluate and qualify sales leads, assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales team, and monitor follow-up progress. Maintain accurate lead records and prepare regular reports on lead status, response progress, and case closure. Coordinate weekly follow-ups with dealers to track lead conversion and maintain complete documentation of closed cases. Conduct monthly dealer performance evaluations based on lead management and case closure metrics, and share reports with relevant stakeholders. Create and process Sales Orders (SO) based on dealer Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring all information is accurate and consistent. Monitor Sales Order status, follow up on pending orders, and coordinate with internal teams until orders are completed. Track order fulfillment and delivery progress, ensuring products are delivered according to customer requirements and Proof of Delivery (POD) is obtained. Prepare daily operational reports and provide administrative support for sales operations. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Order Management, or related administrative roles. Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to effectively manage relationships with regional clients and key stakeholders across Asian markets.
