About the role This role combines Sales Administration as the primary function with DTP / Artwork Support as a secondary responsibility. You will manage customer interactions across multiple channels and coordinate the printing production process, while also providing artwork preparation and quality assurance support. Sales Administration (Primary Role) Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp and other platforms. Understand customers' printing requirements and recommend suitable products and materials. Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities. Process confirmed orders accurately into the production system. Coordinate with the production team to ensure jobs are completed on schedule. Update customers on job status and delivery arrangements. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. Handle after-sales enquiries professionally. DTP / Artwork Support (Secondary Role) Prepare simple artwork mock-ups for customer approval. Perform artwork pre-flight checks before production. Make minor artwork edits, resizing, text changes and layout adjustments. Ensure artwork meets print specifications, including size, bleed, colour mode and resolution. Liaise with customers when artwork corrections are required. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service or the printing industry is preferred. Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat. Familiarity with printing processes and artwork preparation is an advantage. Good communication skills in English. Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with strong customer service skills. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Preferred Skills Experience in digital or large-format printing. Knowledge of print materials, finishing and production processes. Experience handling quotations and order processing. Basic understanding of colour management and print-ready artwork.
