Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Manage the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment while delivering an excellent customer experience. Quotation & Documentation: Prepare quotations and sales documentation promptly while following up with customers to ensure timely approvals and order processing. Follow-Up & Coordination: Partner with Sales, Service, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and proactively resolve operational issues. Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Deliver professional customer support by responding to enquiries, providing first-level troubleshooting and coordinating with technical teams when required. Logistics & Delivery: Plan and manage daily delivery schedules, and prepare delivery and invoicing documents. Invoicing & Tracking: Submit invoices via email or online portals and keep term contract details updated in trackers. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles. Experience using ERP or order management systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or similar) will be an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities – able to think ahead, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions. Ability to communicate in Mandarin to support business communications with Mandarin-speaking team members We're looking for someone who: Enjoys solving problems and improving processes. Can prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Builds positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Has a proactive mindset and takes ownership of their work. Pays strong attention to detail.
