Overview: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Admin Support to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. The role involves managing sales orders, coordinating with customers, dealers, suppliers, and logistics partners, while ensuring accurate documentation, timely order fulfilment, and excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with customers and dealers on enquiries, orders, and after-sales support. Respond to phone calls and email enquiries promptly and professionally. Process quotations, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documentation. Manage parts enquiries, order processing, and delivery arrangements while providing regular order updates. Liaise with warehouses, suppliers, factories, and logistics partners to ensure timely packing, shipment, and stock replenishment. Maintain accurate sales, customer, inventory, and order records, ensuring data accuracy in the system. Monitor outstanding orders, follow up on purchase orders, and update inventory receipts. Support the sales and parts teams with administrative, operational, and ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Well-organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
