Finance Executive

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing daily finance operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring accurate financial records, and maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, performing bank reconciliations, assisting with budgeting, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and assisting with audit and tax-related matters. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience in financial reporting, proficiency in MYOB Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel, and possesses strong analytical, communication, and time management skills. Job Description Accounting & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements. Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Assist with external audits and provide necessary documentation. Process monthly billing, official receipt and daily accounting activities Preparation of monthly management accounts Hands-on computerized accounting system and excel worksheet Able to handle account receivable (AR) and account payable (AP) issue invoice and delivery order, staff claims and other related matter on regular basic. Compliance & Risk Management: Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance. Support senior management with financial presentations and data analysis. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or any related discipline. At least 1 year and above working experience. Familiarity with procurement system.
