JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Management & Reporting Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes for the manufacturing entity. Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports and variance analyses. Monitor plant cash flow, working capital and treasury operations. Costing & Inventory Control Oversee standard costing and variance analysis (material, labor, and overhead). Manage inventory valuation, monitor slow-moving stock and lead stock-take audits. Partner with production teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize plant efficiency. Budgeting & Compliance Assist in driving the annual budgeting exercise and rolling financial forecasts. Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate governance. Coordinate external and internal audit processes smoothly. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MIA). 10+ years of corporate accounting experience with at least 5 years in a MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT . Advanced MS Excel./Power points/Presentation skill Strong analytical mind, leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills. Willing to work in Klang.
