Senior Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management reports. Handle project accounts and HDA accounts, update daily bank balance and liaise with banks on financing matters, including loan drawdowns, banking facilities, documentation, and follow-up on disbursements. Monitor loan repayments, interest servicing, and financing schedules. Monitor project costs, development expenditures, and project budgets to support accurate financial reporting. Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules to ensure timely completion of statutory audits. Liaise with tax agents on tax estimates, tax revisions, and annual tax computations. Guide, mentor, and assign daily work tasks to new hires and junior staff. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience . Experience in the Property Development industry will be an added advantage. Hands-on experience in full set accounts, cash flow management, and financial reporting . Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment. Proficient in Mandarin , with the ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders. Candidates who can start immediately will be given priority.
