Key Responsibilities1. Online System Training Conduct online/offline training for: Basic System Module Accounting Module HRM POS Prepare training schedules, reminders, and materials. Ensure system readiness before training sessions. Provide post-training support and follow-ups. 2. Accounting Support (Basic Level) Perform basic accounting data entry for cooperatives. Verify transaction accuracy and figures. Update chart of accounts (COA) and accounting activity lists. Enter and update bank transactions accurately. Coordinate and support Accounting Module training. 3. System Demo & Client Support Conduct system demos for potential clients. Support Business Development team during client meetings. Explain accounting-related system functions clearly to users. Requirements Must-Have Intern in Accounting or Finance, Basic accounting knowledge (debit/credit, income vs expense, cash flow basics). Good communication and presentation skills. Comfortable conducting training and client-facing sessions. Training will be provided.
