Expeditors Ho Chi Minh City is recruiting Agent/Lead Agent – Ocean Export as below: Summary Description Assist the Supervisor/Department Head with all aspects of the department while ensuring the proper and timely movement of freight. Responsibilities & Duties: Customer Service Customer Retention Operation Handling Vendor Relations Assist with management of A/R and AJAX reports Procedure and Productivity Standards Adherence Accurate and Timely shipment processing & Billing Address and Resolve Exceptional report daily Other tasks as per job requirements and as being assigned by company At least 2 years of experience in Ocean/Logistics/Shipping/Freight Forwarding University/College graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience and understanding of ocean documentation processes is a plus. Proactive with strong organizational skills. Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluent in English. Willing to work extra hours as required. Well-organized, innovative, and self‑motivated. Able to work in a team, under high pressure and tight deadlines.
