We are looking for experienced Analog Mixed-Signal Layout Engineers to support the development of next-generation automotive and power management semiconductor products. In this role, you will be part of an international IC development team and contribute to the implementation of complex analog, mixed-signal, and high-voltage integrated circuits. You will be responsible for the layout development of critical IP blocks and support advanced BCD and HV-based semiconductor products. Mission Details: Develop analog and mixed-signal IC layouts at block and module level. Implement layouts for high-voltage and power-management circuits. Take ownership of individual macros and IP blocks within complex IC projects. Support top-level floorplanning and analog block integration. Collaborate closely with Analog Design Engineers, Layout Leads, Verification Engineers, and Project Teams. Perform and support DRC, LVS, and sign-off activities. Optimize layouts for performance, matching, reliability, area, and manufacturability. Contribute to both IP reuse and new block development. Participate in technical reviews and design discussions. Qualifications :Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent university Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience. Must-Have Skills : Several years of experience in Analog IC Layout Design. Experience with Mixed-Signal and Power Management ICs. Knowledge of BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) technologies. Experience with High-Voltage (HV) circuits. Strong hands-on experience with: Cadence Virtuoso , Calibre , AMS design environment Experience with: DRC , LVS , Physical verification and sign-off flows Good understanding of: Matching techniques , Symmetry constraints , Parasitic effects , EM/IR, considerations , Reliability-aware layout practices . Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned blocks. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with 130nm technologies. Knowledge of SPT9 and SPT10 technology platforms. Experience in: PMICs (Power Management ICs) DC/DC converters LED drivers o Battery Management Systems (BMS) Automotive semiconductor products · Familiarity with Functional Safety (ISO 26262). Personal Skills : Strong communication and teamwork skills Structured and analytical mindset Ability to work in international and cross-functional teams Good command of English, both written and spoken
