Context As part of the continuous evolution of the Scalian Group’s IT infrastructure, we are recruiting a Network Administrator to support the Network Expert manager to design, deployment, and operational management of the Group’s network infrastructures (France & International). The position is strongly operations-oriented, with an emphasis on maintaining and evolving network services while ensuring performance and security across multi-site environments. Reporting line Reports to the Group IT Infrastructure Manager Within the Group IT Infrastructure team Main responsibilities Network operations & administration - Ensure run (MCO) of network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wifi, ToIP) - Manage lifecycle of network equipment (Switch, Firewall and Wi-FI) - Configure and integrate network equipment (Switch, Firewall and Wi-FI) - Maintain and update the network asset inventory - Implement and maintain monitoring solutions - Handle advanced incidents and troubleshooting - Manage public DNS and certificate Network engineering & projects - Design and implement network architecture evolution projects - Support business and application teams in infrastructure deployment - Participate in the industrialization of infrastructures - Integrate new sites or entities into the corporate network Security & compliance (network scope) - Ensure network security posture (firewalls, VPN, segmentation) - Apply and enforce Group security policies - Monitor CVEs and deploy patches on network equipment - Manage VPN solutions (IPSec, SSL) Documentation & continuous improvement - Maintain up-to-date technical documentation - Participate in process improvement and standardization - Define best practices and contribute to infrastructure guidelines Expected technical skills Good understanding of environments: Systems: ▪ Windows server (NPS) Networks: ▪ VPN SSL, VPN IPSEC ▪ Firewall Stormshield and Fortinet ▪ Switch Cisco, Huawei and Fortinet ▪ Wi-fi: Aruba Instant + Airwave and Fortinet ▪ Routing ▪ DHCP, DNS, IPAM ▪ Monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds) ▪ SD-WAN Nice to have : - Standards: ISO 27001 / TISAX - Zscaler ZIA and ZPA - Wallix PAM Soft skills - Analytical mindset - Teamwork and collaboration - Communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Autonomy and rigor Languages - Professional English

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
