Este cargo implementa las estrategias de exhibición y material POP ya definidas por el área de marketing, hace seguimiento a la ejecución en tienda, da lineamientos operativos a promotores, y reporta resultados y oportunidades de mejora. Formación académica Tecnólogo(a) en Mercadeo, Gestión Comercial, Administración, Publicidad o carreras afines. Se valorará formación complementaria en Trade Marketing, Merchandising o Ventas. Experiencia De 1 a 2 años de experiencia en trade Marketing, Mercadeo o ejecución en punto de venta Funciones: Implementar exhibiciones y material POP según lineamientos ya definidos. Seguimiento de inventarios de material pop Auditar visibilidad de marca vs. competencia (registro fotográfico). Coordinar con proveedores la producción y entrega de material POP. Levantar información de campo (ventas, rotación, quiebres) y reportar. Apoyar la ejecución de activaciones y lanzamientos en tienda. Dar lineamientos de ejecución (PDA) a promotores, documentando cada lineamiento entregado. Identificar y documentar oportunidades de mejora en punto de venta; resolver directamente las de bajo impacto e inmediatas. Consolidar reportes de cumplimiento por canal.
