More about the role & team We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join one of our core engineering teams, working on a multi-tenant, enterprise platform used by institutional clients. You’ll contribute across a modern full stack environment, working with React, .NET, Python, and SQL Server within a structured monorepo. This is a hands on engineering role where you’ll design and build features across the application, maintain architectural standards, and ensure performance and reliability at scale. You’ll also contribute to CI/CD and deployment processes where needed, but your primary focus will be on building and improving the product itself. You’ll be working in an environment with established patterns and conventions, with a strong emphasis on code quality, consistency, and long term maintainability. Why should you apply? Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.

When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one.
