About The Role And The Team In our Deepsea department, you will support the trade sales process in order to prepare and ensure accurate commercial handling of customer request. You will contribute to exceeding customer expectations by collaborating closely with colleagues from Purchasing, Shipping, Warehouse, Service Coordination, Planning, Business Development & Finance Departments. The role sits within Trade Deepsea Department which consists of dedicated Account Manager Trade and reports to Trade AMEA Team Lead. Role details & Location Workplace type: Onsite Job Type: Full Time Location Singapore, Republic of Singapore You Will What You Will Do Ensure preparation of quotations and elaboration of the ticket Work within sales authorization and precisely defined pricing guidelines Calculate cost price of small orders based on customer requirements (standard products or services) Ensure that all relevant information is up to date, correct and complete in Zendesk/Navision Invoice processing of sales order What does success look like? Required What You Bring Degree / Diploma in Business Administration 1 – 2 years of commercial and administrative experience Customer-oriented with strong communication skills Proactive and commercially minded Be able to work under tight deadlines Accurate and well organized Comfortable with customer follow-up by phone Team player with a hands-on mentality Preferred Experienced in a similar job (1-2 years).
