Job Description Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Growth in social media reach, engagement, and follower base by target audiences Digital campaign performance and ROI Consistency and quality of brand execution across channels Timely delivery of campaigns, reports, and content Effectiveness and proactive influencer and media collaborations Accuracy and insightfulness of market and competitor analysis Responsibilities Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day: Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to plan and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns that promote the resort’s facilities, experiences, and offerings to domestic and international audiences. Plan, coordinate, and execute advertising campaigns to increase awareness, interest, and bookings for the resort. Support brand-aligned initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and bookings across all market segments. Online Presence Oversee and manage the resort’s digital footprint, including the official website, Google Business Profiles, and social media platforms. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints. Monitor digital performance using analytics tools and evaluate campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies. Social Media Management Develop and execute a monthly social media content plan for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create compelling, on-brand content that enhances guest engagement, supports resort narratives, and drives traffic and enquiries. Monitor social media activity, trends, and engagement metrics to optimise performance. Content Creation & Copywriting Write clear, engaging, and brand-compliant copy for social media & marketing campaigns, Ensure all communications reflect Conrad brand voice, tone, and visual identity standards. Content Production & Collaborations Plan and coordinate content shoots with internal departments and external vendors in line with marketing calendars and promotional priorities. Manage influencer and content creator collaborations, including outreach, briefing, scheduling, and content usage tracking. Media Monitoring & Reporting Monitor and document all media coverage, influencer activity (KOLs), and brand mentions across digital and social platforms. Support the Director of Marketing in compiling monthly and quarterly campaign and digital performance reports, highlighting results, insights, and recommended next steps. Reputation & Brand Risk Monitoring Stay informed of local and international news, trends, or online conversations that could impact the resort’s reputation or business. Proactively alert management to potential issues and support timely, effective responses when required. Market & Competitive Analysis Conduct ongoing competitive analysis covering resort positioning, food and beverage promotions, and eCommerce marketing activities. Identify opportunities to enhance market competitiveness and alignment with public relations efforts.
