Own and be accountable for national revenue, profitability, and sustainable business growth across all commercial and marketing functions. Lead, oversee, and evaluate the performance of all Division Heads under the Commercial & Marketing function, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance targets. Set overall commercial and marketing direction, ensuring alignment between brand strategy, channel strategy, digital growth, omnichannel, and sales execution. Govern the end-to-end business funnel from Brand Guidance → Branding → Traffic & Acquisition → Channel Execution → Conversion → Retention, ensuring each function contributes to measurable business results. Establish and review key performance indicators covering revenue, profitability, channel performance, sell-in, sell-through, sell-out, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion, retention, and marketing ROI. Conduct regular business and performance reviews with each Head, identify performance gaps, and ensure timely corrective actions and improvement plans. Oversee national channel development and expansion across GT, MT, Key Accounts, Superstores, Retail, Experience Stores, E-Commerce, Marketplace, Website, and other strategic channels. Ensure effective allocation and utilization of commercial and marketing budgets, with clear accountability for ROI and business impact. Drive strategic alignment between Brand Principle / Holding, Distributor, Commercial, Marketing, Digital, Retail, and other relevant functions. Lead major strategic decisions related to business growth, market expansion, key partnerships, customer acquisition, and commercial transformation. Act as the primary strategic escalation and decision-making point for Commercial & Marketing matters before escalation to the Managing Director. Build a strong, scalable, accountable, and performance-driven leadership team, including coaching and developing the Heads under the function. Provide regular business performance updates, strategic recommendations, key risks, and growth opportunities to the Managing Director. Lead strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and special/ad hoc projects assigned by the Managing Director to support company objectives. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage. Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or General Management. Minimum 3–5 years in a senior leadership role, managing Heads/Managers and cross-functional teams. Proven experience managing national revenue, profitability, commercial strategy, and business growth. Strong experience across GT, MT, Key Account, Distributor, and Retail channels. Proven ability to manage sell-in, sell-through, sell-out, channel performance, and commercial KPIs. Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, ROI, CAC, and data-driven performance management. Demonstrated experience in business expansion, strategic partnerships, and key account development. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills. Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, retail, distribution, or related industries is preferred. Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
