Job Description Location: Madison GA area Work Location: 99% Remote, occasional onsite. (Candidates should live within commutable distance of Madison, as a result.) Analyzing business needs, translating them into clear functional requirements Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to implement effective technology solutions. Opportunity to lead transformation of NA Business Analysis capabilities. Position Type / Hours Of Work Full-Time Exempt - 40 hours per week / Monday–Friday. Based on projects and vendor interface, this position may work a variety of schedules: day and evenings, weekends, and holidays. May require on-call hours based on business needs. Essential Functions Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales to understand business processes, challenges, and IT needs. Facilitate process analysis, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams. Work closely with IT teams and SMEs to ensure technical solutions reflect business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Participate in system design, data modeling, and interface design discussions. Oversee and actively participate in the implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems. Lead development of test plans, test cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) per defined requirements and quality standards. Collaborate with Super Users and IT Support to identify and troubleshoot process, data and system issues Partner with IT and vendors to resolve/document issues Support building cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions and project-level initiatives. Creation/ maintenance of detailed documentation, including business process flows, system specifications, user manuals, and training materials. Facilitate training and ongoing support to super-users in support of the adoption of new systems and processes. Liaison between business stakeholders and external vendors. Project management activities (scope, timeline, and resources) to ensure deliverables meet time/cost allocation Competencies Strong knowledge of ERP/ MES/ WMS solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa. Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio) and project management software. Work both independently and collaboratively. Strong interpersonal skills/ writing skills Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other relevant manufacturing software are a significant plus. Preferred Six Sigma and Lean principles. Green Belt is a strong plus. Business intelligence (BI) and reporting tools. Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM). Travel Overnight travel is expected to company locations, vendor sites or industry events; up to 25%
