As a Senior Test Engineer, you'll join a close-knit group of engineering teams building the future of the company's donation management platform. As the organization transitions to a more engineering-focused model, you will champion the user and work to deliver scalable solutions that ensure quality across new and existing features. We're looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer who is passionate about delivering highly critical technical projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate is motivated, extremely knowledgeable about test automation frameworks and how to leverage them and is an expert at ensuring quality across the engineering process at scale. This person has deep experience in software development, debugging, and troubleshooting, with strong technical acumen across various technologies. What You’ll Do Support feature development by creating acceptance scenarios and writing automation tests to validate test case success/failure Perform exploratory testing to uncover software defects, edge cases, and usability issues not captured by automated test suites Write automated tests ensuring coverage across functional, integration, performance, and security testing domains Apply and enforce test automation design patterns to ensure codebases are easy to maintain, extend, and scale across teams and products Guide teams in adopting best practices for quality and testing, including test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD integration, and shift-left testing strategies Use data monitoring frameworks to surface performance metrics, identify trends, and proactively flag quality risks Drive informed decision-making to achieve and maintain PCI and WCAG compliance Work closely with customer support and product teams to field questions and investigate problems related to software products; troubleshoot, narrow down, and determine root cause of issues Provide mentorship and knowledge-sharing to junior QA team members What Makes You a Great Fit Experience leading test automation strategy in prior roles 8+ years of experience standing up and utilizing a variety of test frameworks, including API and web UI testing 4+ years of experience with one or more of the following: Playwright and/or Cypress, plus WebdriverIO Ability to critically review, validate, and maintain AI-generated test cases Experience integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines Comprehensive knowledge of application software design patterns and emerging technologies Degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience A collaborative, positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership Bonus Experience with AWS or other cloud services Familiarity with some/all of the following tools: Gitlab, Atlassian Suite, Split.io, BrowserStack, Mailtrap, Postman, Datadog, Google Analytics, Postgres, MySQL Experience with agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban, XP) Experience with B2C products Master's degree or further education/experience in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field Global Impact, Local Culture 🌍 For over 25 years, we’ve been shaping digital transformation, delivering complex solutions for global enterprises and public sector organizations. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.

Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
