Motion Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced creative team, working across a diverse portfolio of national and international clients. The role involves creating high-quality motion graphics while confidently adapting to a wide range of visual styles, brands, and creative directions. The ideal candidate is highly attentive to client needs and enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bring creative ideas to life and deliver exceptional work. Responsibilities Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and other communication materials. Adapt to different brand identities and visual styles across multiple clients and industries. Ensure all work aligns with each client's brand guidelines and creative direction. Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, project managers, and other creative team members. Accurately interpret client feedback and implement revisions in a timely manner. Manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines. Maintain a high level of quality, organization, and attention to detail throughout the creative process. Use After Effects plugins when necessary to convert/export animations into web-friendly formats that are small and can run directly in a browser. Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Motion Designer, preferably in an agency or working with multiple brands. Strong experience creating animations for digital and social media. Ability to work comfortably across a broad range of design styles while maintaining consistency with client branding. Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand and execute client preferences. Strong proficiency in After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite. English proficiency: B2 level or higher (written and spoken). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality creative work. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation software. Knowledge of UI animation, Lottie, or motion systems. Previous experience working with international clients.
