Create visual assets that help founders and companies communicate investment opportunities to retail investors Design static paid social advertisements for Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other paid channels Create newsletter banners, direct mail flyers, email graphics, and other campaign assets Translate creative briefs, approved copy, and brand guidelines into high-performing visual assets Develop multiple visual concepts and test variations around the same message Adapt creative across placements, dimensions, formats, and audience stages Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, editing, resizing, and production efficiency Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, Designers, and Paid Media partners Apply performance learnings to future creative iterations Maintain organized source files, exports, naming conventions, and project documentation Requirements 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social advertising design, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand adaptation Understanding of paid social design, platform restrictions/best practices, and conversion-focused visual communication Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma, or similar tools Experience translating briefs and approved messaging into polished creative Experience using AI tools in a creative workflow Strong organization, time management, communication, and attention to detail Ability to work independently once objectives and requirements are clear Legally authorized to work in Colombia without sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in graphic design with a focus on creating high-performing visual assets for paid social advertising and effective communication of investment opportunities.
