Job description: The ideal candidate is a proactive, commercially minded sales professional who understands the Belgrade and Eastern Serbia markets and is comfortable spending significant time in the field. We are looking for someone who can build strong, long-term relationships with customers while also being focused on sales growth and business development. Reporting to: Sales Manager Based in: Novi Beograd Field work: 85% of the time Requirements University degree in Economics or Technical (preferably Mechanical or Energy Engineering) Min 2 years of previous work experience in sales/pre-sales/ customer support for sectors like HVAC, water heating, hydraulic components Very good communication skills, clear and able to liaise effectively with other professionals Good organizational skills and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy Team-player attitude English Knowledge (minimum B2); Italian nice to have Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel Knowledge of AutoCAD/ hydrosym drawing packages is a plus Driving license B Tasks Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market analysis and prospecting potential clients. Visit direct and indirect clients: present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication tailored to customer needs. Be the company's ambassador in the selected area, managing the full product catalog: water heaters, gas boilers, heat pumps, climatization, etc. Enlarge the base of active decision makers: installers, dealers, builders, designers, investors Prepare proposals and technical documentation for clients. Monitor market trends and competition to continuously improve product offerings and maintain competitiveness in the area. The ideal candidate should: Have previous experience in field sales, preferably in a similar market or industry. Have good knowledge of the Belgrade and Eastern Serbia territory and customer landscape. Be able to identify new business opportunities and actively develop new customers. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. Be results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs. Have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Be independent, well-organized, and capable of managing their territory and priorities effectively. Be willing to travel regularly within the assigned area. Understand customer needs and translate them into practical commercial opportunities. Be a team player who communicates openly and works well with colleagues from sales, marketing, logistics, and other departments.
