The Opportunity As VAI continues to expand internationally, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Balkan region to support our outbound sales efforts across the European market . This role focuses on identifying and engaging new business opportunities , introducing our behavioural intelligence platforms to forward-thinking organisations. You will play a key role in building our sales pipeline , generating qualified meetings for the sales team, and helping expand SupportRoom’s presence across international markets. This role is ideal for someone with strong outbound sales experience , excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a fast-growing AI and workplace wellbeing company . Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement Identify and engage senior decision-makers (HR leaders, People & Culture leaders, Risk leaders, C-Suite) Research organisations to understand workplace challenges and identify potential fit for our platforms Introduce prospects to SupportRoom platforms , book qualified meetings for the sales team and contribute to pipeline growth Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking using HubSpot CRM Collaborate with the sales team to refine outbound strategies and messaging Use modern outbound tools such as Apollo, Surfe, Aircall, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated What We're Looking For 2-4 years experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales Fluent English Self-sufficiency at selling on an executive level Ability to handle object handling Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders Experience with cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting Experience using HubSpot CRM Familiarity with outbound tools such as Apollo, Surfe, Aircall or similar Strong organisation and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and collaborate with a growing team Ability to work independently in a remote environment Highly motivated with a positive, growth-oriented mindset Experience working with international markets Experience selling SaaS and AI solutions is a plus Compensation We operate a pay-for-performance culture , rewarding individuals who contribute to pipeline growth and revenue.
