FKM strives for business excellence and superior execution with the following critical functions: Managing the asset bidding and asset acquisition processes Efficient asset document review using machine learning and optical character recognition Vetting of assets for any issues with lending laws, taxes, or underlying collateral value Payment collection, surveillance, and loss mitigation once the asset is purchased Securitization of loans into bonds and marketing these assets to institutional investors The VP, Systems Administrator is responsible for the oversight, configuration, security, governance, and operation of FKM's hybrid technology environment spanning Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, on-premises infrastructure, cybersecurity technologies, and enterprise Artificial Intelligence platforms. This role serves as the primary technical lead for infrastructure modernization, cloud administration, cybersecurity operations, AI platform management, governance, automation, and technology innovation initiatives. The position works closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, security teams, auditors, vendors, and managed service providers to ensure the organization's technology platforms operate securely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Job Description and Responsibilities Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365 Administer, secure, and optimize Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Exchange Online, and SharePoint/OneDrive, while managing SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, Communication Compliance, Secure Score, Compliance Score, logging, alerting, role-based access controls, mobile device management, monitoring, and overall security governance. Artificial Intelligence Platforms Lead the strategy, governance, implementation, administration, security, and operational support of enterprise AI platforms (including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Services, and future approved solutions), while driving AI risk management, data governance, automation initiatives, technology evaluation, business adoption, operational efficiencies, and AI roadmap development aligned with organizational objectives. AWS Administration & AI Services Manage and secure AWS cloud environments in partnership with managed service providers, overseeing IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub, S3, backup and disaster recovery, networking, VPN connectivity, and AWS Bedrock services (including model access controls, guardrails, and inference profiles), while supporting the integration of AI solutions with enterprise infrastructure and business applications. Security & Compliance Lead cybersecurity and AI governance initiatives by strengthening security posture, overseeing vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, tabletop exercises, remediation efforts, compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, AI risk management, and continuous monitoring of cloud and AI audit logs to identify and mitigate threats including data leakage, prompt injection, unauthorized access, excessive permissions, third-party AI risks, and model security vulnerabilities. On-Premises Infrastructure Administration Oversee and support enterprise infrastructure operations, including servers, storage, networking, security appliances, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Remote Desktop Services, Fortinet firewalls, Cisco switching, monitoring platforms, security reviews, and advanced technical escalation support for internal users and technology vendors. Qualifications 5-10 years of IT experience in computer systems with demonstrated working knowledge of hardware, operating systems, networking, and problem solving/troubleshooting skills. 3+ years administering AWS environments. 4+ years administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. 1+ years implementing or supporting enterprise AI platforms. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Services, or similar enterprise AI technologies. B.S. in technology-related field or equivalent experience. Possesses ability to read & comprehend written technical information in order to implement it. Adheres to policies consistent with data and identity protection standards. Ability to multitask and prioritize across several open items. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills. A positive attitude, determination, and self-motivation. Compensation The base salary for this position is expected to be between $125,000 and $175,000 annually. The base salary offered to the chosen candidate will be commensurate with a candidate’s relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by FKM in its sole discretion. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
