Technician Master

This role is responsible for advanced technical service, installation, repair, diagnostics, and delivery of complex rehabilitation equipment designed to support client mobility and independence. You will serve as a technical expert across a regional territory, working with sophisticated mechanical, electronic, and specialty control systems. The position combines hands-on technical work with technician training, troubleshooting, customer education, and operational leadership. You will help maintain high standards for equipment safety, reliability, documentation, and customer satisfaction. The role also provides an opportunity to mentor technicians, support technical initiatives, and drive improvements in service performance across branches.
