As a global leader in eLearning development, we work with international nonprofits, associations, and corporations to deliver innovative training that drives measurable results. Fluent, native, or near-native English is mandatory — you’ll lead client conversations, write content, and represent our brand. Role Overview We’re seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) eLearning Experience Designer who can confidently lead both content creation and client communication while maintaining strong operational oversight. This is a client-facing role where you will: Design high-quality interactive training using Articulate Storyline and Rise Lead client conversations and presentations Track instructional design hours, tasks and ensure alignment with timelines Coordinate internal production teams (video, animation, design, development) Maintain project clarity, structure, and quality control This role blends instructional design expertise, creative direction, and structured production management . Key Responsibilities Instructional Design & Development Design interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise following modern learning best practices. Write clear, compelling scripts, storyboards, assessments, and scenario-based learning experiences. Align learning objectives with measurable outcomes and performance goals. Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, scenario-based learning, microlearning principles). Client Communication & Leadership Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects. Lead client meetings in English with professionalism and clarity. Present concepts, prototypes, and revisions confidently. Manage expectations and guide feedback cycles. Production Oversight & Task Tracking Track instructional design tasks and deliverables across project phases. Use tools like Trello, Notion, or similar platforms to monitor timelines and ownership. Coordinate video editors, animators, designers, and developers to ensure production aligns with instructional intent. Review internal deliverables before client presentation. Ensure revisions are implemented accurately and efficiently. Quality & Continuous Improvement Monitor learner feedback and performance metrics. Improve content clarity, engagement, and instructional effectiveness. Contribute to internal documentation, templates, and workflow refinement. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of instructional design and eLearning development experience. Proven expertise with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) . Native or bilingual-level English fluency (required). Strong writing and storytelling skills. Experience in client-facing roles. Ability to track and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. Comfortable guiding creative teams and providing structured direction. Detail-oriented and process-driven. Full-time availability (40 hours per week). Nice to Have Experience working with international clients. Familiarity with LMS platforms (SCORM, xAPI, Absorb, etc.). Experience reviewing video production for learning. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). Background in nonprofits, associations, or corporate training.
