Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Appian BPM platform Build user interfaces, process models, and business rules using SAIL and other Appian tools Integrate Appian with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and databases Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions Perform unit testing, debugging, and support of Appian applications Ensure application performance, quality, and security standards Document technical designs and support application lifecycle activities Work within Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Appian platform At least Appian Certified Associate Developer certification (or higher) Experience integrating Appian with RPA tools such as Appian RPA, UiPath, or Blue Prism Proficient with Appian objects: process models, interfaces, CDTs, expression rules, records, sites, and plug-ins Comfortable communicating in English Proactive mindset and strong communication skills Comfortable working in hybrid setup, distributed teams Nice to have: Appian Certified Senior Developer certification Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for Appian deployments Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (We also value candidates who hold prior certifications like the Appian Certified Associate Developer)
