Full Stack Developer (React/PHP) at BairesDev In this role, you'll develop a modern, component-based frontend for a monolithic, multi-tenant platform serving tens of white-labeled bank instances. Since the platform is monolithic, you'll write PHP/Laravel endpoints and fix existing codebase bugs whenever frontend work calls for it. This is your opportunity to write production code across the stack, modernizing legacy server-rendered UI into reusable React components while keeping dozens of white-labeled tenants visually consistent. What You'll Do Develop React components and views from existing PHP-rendered pages. Write PHP/Laravel endpoints and fix codebase bugs as frontend work requires. Integrate with backend APIs to power frontend functionality. Maintain UI/UX consistency across multiple white-labeled tenant instances. Support frontend considerations in an ongoing ORM migration. Participate in code review, sprint planning, and daily syncs. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in software development. Strong proficiency in React. Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills, including state management with Context, Redux, or similar. Hands-on coding experience with PHP/Laravel, not read-only. Experience with Tailwind. Experience consuming REST APIs and understanding backend contract design. Background with relational databases and data modeling. Experience with incremental modernization of legacy server-rendered UI. Comfort with Git-based workflows, including branching, PRs, and code review. Advanced proficiency in English.
