About the Opportunity The Data Analytics Partner, People Analytics analyzes talent acquisition data to deliver insights that shape recruiting and workforce strategies. This role supports improvements in hiring efficiency, quality, and equity by identifying trends, performance changes, and process bottlenecks. The position works closely with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear recommendations that support informed decision-making and measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities • Partner on analytics initiatives designed to improve hiring effectiveness, efficiency, and quality. • Structure complex data and stakeholder inputs to clarify business questions and develop actionable insights. • Monitor and analyze key talent acquisition metrics to identify trends, performance changes, and opportunities for improvement. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights that support decision-making. • Conduct independent data investigations using the organization’s data warehouse to provide timely and relevant insights. • Maintain high data quality standards through data validation, standardization, and quality checks. • Apply product management and design thinking principles to employee experience initiatives. • Drive data-informed iteration and execution across employee experience projects. • Develop reports, visualizations, and data stories tailored to different stakeholder audiences. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in HR-focused, stakeholder-facing data analytics, including at least 1 year focused on recruiting or talent acquisition insights. • Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills. • Experience with R or Python. • Strong data storytelling and visualization skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively to different audiences. • Ability to analyze large and complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. • Experience managing analytics projects from problem definition and analysis through implementation and measurable impact. • Familiarity with AI tools and their application to improve productivity and analytical workflows. • Creative and critical thinker who is comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. • Collaborative team player with a strong focus on shared goals and business outcomes. • Experience applying product management and design thinking principles to employee experience initiatives. Pay Range and Compensation Package • U.S. Zone 2: $123,900–$167,700 USD per year. • U.S. Zone 3: $110,200–$149,000 USD per year.
