Media Tech Support

Role: MediaTech L2 Support Location: Remote (LATAM) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced MediaTech L2 Support professional to support file-based media workflows, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with engineering and business teams. Must Have Skills: Strong understanding of video/audio/subtitle workflows, media encoding/transcoding, codecs (H.264, H.265, AAC, AC3), and media container formats (MOV, MXF, MP4, MPEG-TS). Experience with Linux/Windows Server, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and troubleshooting file-based media workflows. Hands-on experience with JSON/XML, APIs, command-line tools, and automation of transcoding/subtitle processing. Strong customer support, incident management, Jira/Slack collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production support environment. Good to Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based transcoding platforms and AWS architecture best practices. Scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, Perl, or Ruby. Familiarity with IMF, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos. Knowledge of subtitle/caption formats such as SRT, VTT, SCC, TTML, and STL. Experience working in Agile/Scrum and global support teams.
