About the Role We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing European team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will support the recruitment of talents across the Netherlands and other European markets, with a primary focus on commercial, clinical, technical, and corporate positions. This is a hands-on recruitment role suitable for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop their career in an international and fast-growing medical technology / surgical robotics company. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer, and onboarding. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment platforms, and other talent channels . Review CVs and conduct initial candidate screening and interviews. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, profiles, and recruitment priorities. Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies. Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS / HR system. Support employer branding and other recruitment-related projects when needed. Requirements 1–3 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience , preferably with experience in the Netherlands. Previous recruitment experience in medical devices, healthcare, medtech, life sciences, or a related industry is highly preferred. Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards. Good understanding of the recruitment process and candidate management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced and international environment. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluent English communication skills, Dutch is a plus.
