PrĂ©parer les Ă©tats financiers et rapports mensuels, trimestriels et annuels. Effectuer les rapprochements de comptes et assurer lâexactitude des donnĂ©es financiĂšres. Participer Ă la prĂ©paration des budgets, des prĂ©visions financiĂšres, de la gestion des flux de trĂ©sorerie et de lâanalyse des Ă©carts. Effectuer le suivi des transactions financiĂšres et veiller au respect des normes comptables et des politiques internes. Participer aux processus de fin dâannĂ©e et aux audits externes. Identifier et mettre en place des amĂ©liorations aux processus comptables, aux rapports financiers et aux contrĂŽles internes. Collaborer avec la direction et les diffĂ©rents dĂ©partements afin de fournir des analyses financiĂšres et soutenir la prise de dĂ©cisions. Participer Ă la gestion des stocks et Ă la comptabilitĂ© des coĂ»ts, selon les besoins, dans un environnement axĂ© sur les produits. đ Qualifications BaccalaurĂ©at en comptabilitĂ©, finance ou dans un domaine connexe. Titre CPA ou expĂ©rience dans un parcours vers le CPA, un atout. Minimum de 5 ans dâexpĂ©rience progressive en comptabilitĂ©. Excellente connaissance des principes comptables, de la prĂ©paration des Ă©tats financiers et des rapprochements de comptes. MaĂźtrise dâun logiciel comptable et de la suite Microsoft Office, particuliĂšrement Excel. ExpĂ©rience dans un environnement de fabrication, distribution, vente en gros, commerce de dĂ©tail ou entreprise axĂ©e sur les produits , un atout. Excellentes capacitĂ©s dâanalyse et de rĂ©solution de problĂšmes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who is looking to take ownership of core accounting functions within a sophisticated, fast-paced environment and contribute to the companyâs continued growth. đ Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting. Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance analysis. Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Support year-end closing and external audits. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls. Assist with inventory and cost accounting as required within a product-based environment. đ Qualifications Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation or CPA-track experience is an asset. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, retail, or product-based environment is an asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. đĄ Skills & Attributes Highly detail-oriented and accurate. Comfortable taking ownership of accounting responsibilities from AâZ. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and solve problems.
