You'll work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and Agile development teams to deliver new integration capabilities and enhancements using Azure technologies such as ADF, Logic Apps, and SSIS. The position involves troubleshooting production issues, monitoring integration performance, and driving continuous improvements to system reliability, scalability, and development processes. You'll collaborate with both local and offshore developers, contribute to technical discussions, and help ensure secure coding and SDLC best practices are followed. Bealls is also investing heavily in AI, so you'll be encouraged to leverage tools like Copilot and other AI solutions to improve development efficiency and productivity. Compensation: $115,000/yr to $130,000/yr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
