Who We Are 🌍 Manychat is a leading chat marketing platform, helping businesses engage with their customers on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Trusted by over 1 million brands in 170+ countries, we're an official Meta Business Partner, backed by Bessemer Venture Partners. With 400+ teammates across offices in Austin, Barcelona, Yerevan, São Paulo, and Amsterdam — we're building the infrastructure of conversational commerce. Who We're Looking For 🌟 The Senior Marketing Analyst plays a key role in driving our marketing efforts and connecting Marketing with Manychat's Analytics and Data organization. In this role, you will report to the Business Analytics Lead, and work closely with the Marketing, Analytics, Data, and Engineering teams. You surface insights and solutions that align with business objectives and empower data-driven decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of marketing analytics and analytics engineering — beyond reporting and dashboards, you'll design and run experiments, apply causal inference methods to isolate real marketing impact, and build/own the data pipelines that connect our ad platforms to the warehouse. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience working in Analytics or a similar area. Of that, at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Analytics, preferably in a SaaS product, with demonstrated experience running experiments and working hands-on with ad platform data. The candidate should be experienced with Marketing Analytics techniques and technologies, and demonstrate an ability to work independently. You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to growing Analytics and Marketing functions. What You'll Do 🚀 Design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, geo-holdouts, incrementality tests) to measure the true impact of marketing spend and campaigns. Apply causal inference methods to estimate channel and campaign impact from observational data, where running a clean experiment isn't feasible. Own integrations with ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar), building and maintaining the data pipelines that bring campaign performance data into our warehouse. Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models to understand how channels and touchpoints contribute across the customer journey, and validate them against incrementality and causal inference results. Partner with Data Engineering on data modeling for marketing datasets, ensuring pipelines are accurate, reliable, and built to scale. Run ad-hoc analyses, build dashboards, and surface actionable insights for Performance Marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and product marketing teams. Partner with Analytics and Marketing leadership to align priorities and contribute to cross-functional projects such as pricing and new product launches. TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥 You'll Need 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Analytics, with a focus on SaaS products preferred.. Very strong technical skills in SQL and BI tools. Proficiency in Python or R for experimentation and causal analysis is required. Hands-on experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, geo-testing, or similar) and applying causal inference methods. Hands-on experience integrating with ad platform APIs (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, or similar) and building or maintaining the data pipelines that feed from them. Hands-on experience building or maintaining multi-touch attribution (MTA) models, and using causal inference methods to validate true channel impact against attribution output. Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Extreme attention to detail and a high standard for analytical deliverables. Proactive mindset with the ability to operate independently and take ownership of initiatives. Nice To Have Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment. Familiarity with Git and version control practices. Prior experience collaborating with senior marketing leadership. Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta BS. Singapore alone has 5,920 of them. India has 3,543. The US has 2,443. If you're looking at a marketing role, geography matters: check WorkMundi's location filters to see which regions match your visa status and timezone. Don't apply everywhere; apply where you can actually work.
Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). If you see a job from one of these names, you're looking at a company that hires marketing roles repeatedly. That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.
In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
