Role Overview The Software Engineer GeneXus will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions using the GeneXus low-code development platform. Working closely with Bizmoni's leadership, product, technology, AI, and operations teams, you will help build scalable applications that support our AI Super App, business management systems, community platform, marketplace, education services, and member engagement initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesGeneXus Application Development Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using GeneXus. Build and enhance features that support Bizmoni's AI Super App and business ecosystem. Develop responsive web and mobile applications using GeneXus best practices. Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Software Engineering & Integration Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems. Design and implement APIs, web services, and data exchange processes. Collaborate with architects and developers to build scalable business solutions. Integrate GeneXus applications with cloud platforms, databases, AI services, and external applications. Support modernization and continuous improvement of Bizmoni's software infrastructure. Database & Platform Management Design and optimize database structures and business rules. Ensure data integrity, reliability, and performance across applications. Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective actions. Support application deployments, upgrades, and environment management. Maintain technical documentation for applications, workflows, and system architecture. Innovation & Digital Transformation Explore new GeneXus capabilities, technologies, and development methodologies. Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and digital solutions. Contribute to the evolution of Bizmoni's AI-driven technology ecosystem. Support the integration of AI capabilities into business applications where appropriate. Collaboration & Support Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities. Collaborate with remote teams across multiple functions and time zones. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements. Assist in training users and documenting processes when required. QualificationsRequired Proven experience developing applications using GeneXus . Strong understanding of software development principles, system architecture, and application lifecycle management. Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Experience developing and consuming APIs, web services, and integrations. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote team environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Experience with GeneXus Web, Mobile, and Smart Device development. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Experience with AI integrations, automation platforms, or modern SaaS applications. Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and agile development methodologies. Experience working in startup, marketplace, fintech, business software, or AI-driven organizations. GeneXus certifications are highly desirable.
